Musical comedy duo Bowser and Blue formed an alliance in 1978 and have been entertaining people from all over Canada ever since then. The duo comprises George Bowser and Richard Elgar, the latter of whom goes by the name Rick Blue. The duo has several albums to its credit and has also made TV appearances on various occasions.
