Grant Perez, known professionally as Grentperez, is an Australian singer-songwriter celebrated for his 2021 hit "Cherry Wine". Signed to Fast Friends record label, Perez received acclaim at the 2024 APRA Music Awards, winning Emerging Songwriter of the Year. His debut single "Cherry Wine" went gold certified by ARIA. In 2022, he released EPs "Conversations with the Moon" and "Trail Mix Tape", along with the Christmas single "When Christmas Comes Again". His fourth EP, "When We Were Younger", explores nostalgia, while collaborations like "Op Shop Lover" with Lime Cordiale and the Christmas single "Christmas Starts Tonight" showcase his diverse talent.
