Bill Warfield is a trumpet player and composer from Baltimore who has defined himself as a musician who's intent on pushing vintage jazz sounds into the 21st century. Primarily focusing on big band and swing styles, Warfield isn't afraid of looking back to the past for inspiration. Though Warfield tends to maintain a busy touring schedule, he will oftentimes take a break and teach at one of the many colleges he has instructed at including Lehigh University, University of North Florida and Brooklyn College.
