Barak Marshall

Barak Marshall is an award-willing Israeli choreographer who has also maintained a career as a singer. Originally born in the United States, Marshall studied social theory and philosophy at Harvard University before immigrating to Israel, where he began his successful ventures into choreography and music. Chief choreographer for the Batsheva Dance Company from 1999 to 2001, Marshall has also lent his impressive vocals to a number of ensembles, including performances with Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Project.
