Kashmere is an English band known for its genre of music which can be described as a seamless blend of elements of indie-rock and synth-pop. Formed by Joey Newey and Andy Law, it also comprises Charlie Cole and Freddie Hughes. Its debut single "Blow Your Mind" catapulted the band into the limelight overnight. Kashmere continued to ride the wave of success with other hits like "Porcelain" and "Codeine."
