The B3 KINGS is a renowned Canadian quartet formed in 2002, initially for a Christmas concert in Vancouver. Led by acclaimed vocalist and drummer Denzal Sinclaire, the band has gained widespread recognition and popularity through their annual sold-out Christmas shows and extensive tours in British Columbia and Alberta. Their Christmas recordings, including "A Cellar Live Christmas" and "You Better Watch Out!", have received critical acclaim, with Jazzreview.com hailing them as some of the greatest Christmas recordings ever. The group's funky sound is attributed to Hammond B3 Organist Chris Gestrin's infectious grooves and inventive arrangements of holiday classics, while tenor saxophonist Cory Weeds adds his expressive Jazz-rooted sound. Guitarist Bill Coon completes the quartet with his blend of funk and jazz sensibilities, making the B3 KINGS a highly anticipated and celebrated ensemble in the jazz and Christmas music scene.
