The BStreetBand, formerly known as "BackStreets," is a tribute band that originated in Asbury Park, NJ in 1980. They were pioneers in the tribute band industry and have since inspired countless others worldwide. With over 6,000 performances to their name, the BStreetBand remains one of the hardest working tribute bands, playing over 175 shows per year, including large venues and national arenas. They have opened for Bruce Springsteen concerts and performed at notable events such as the NYC Tunnel of Towers Anniversary. The band has also been involved in charity work, raising millions of dollars for various causes, particularly the NJ Special Olympics. They have performed at national sports events, including games for the Philadelphia Eagles and the NJ Devils, and have shared the stage with celebrities like Jon Stewart and Bernie Williams. The BStreetBand's achievements include being the first to perform live on Fox Business News and representing New Jersey at presidential and state inaugurations.
