Alex Reymundo is a comedian and actor from Mexico who broke into the entertainment business in 2007 with a one-hour special on Comedy Central called Alex Reymundo Hick-Spanic: Live in Alburquerque. As a child, he left his home town of Acapulco with his family and relocated to the US. His dual cultural background has highly influenced his work and allowed him to connect with both American and Latin American audiences. His brand of humor, exemplified by his Showtime special Red-Nexican and his ALMA Award-winning special Hick-Spanic, appeals to a wide range of demographics with its multidimesional take on race, politics and American culture.
