Solo is a R&B group from New York City that originally busked on city streets before catching the attention of producers who offered to record and release the group's music. After releasing a self-titled LP in 1995, via on A&M Records, the band saw its breakthrough with the hit songs "Heaven" and "Where Do U Want Me To Put It." Having only recorded and toured sparsely, the band has been able to remain fresh and full of original ideas whenever it does decided to hit the road or enter the recording studio.
