Les Triaboliques is a musical trio consisting of three veteran musicians - Ben Mandelson (UK), Lu Edmonds (UK), and Justin Adams (UK/Egypt). They came together in the early 2000s and blend their diverse musical backgrounds to create a unique sound that draws from various genres such as folk, blues, rock, and world music. Mandelson plays a variety of string instruments, including the bouzouki and banjo, while Edmonds is known for his mastery of stringed instruments such as the saz, oud, and guitar. Adams, on the other hand, brings his expertise in African and Middle Eastern percussion. The result is a dynamic and mesmerizing musical experience that takes listeners on a journey across different cultures and sounds.
