The type of music that the band Los Pacaminos makes isn't what you'd typically expect from a group that called London home. Mexico, yes; but England, no. Inspired by the sounds of the American South West, in 1993 a couple London-based musicians started making a characteristic style of Tex-Mex music in a ploy to escape the dreary English winter. Since its formation, the band has managed to gain respectable notoriety and whenever the band plays, it constantly impresses attendees with its heady style of Latin-tinged rock.
