Howard Marks

About

Howard Marks is an Englishman who worked as a marijuana trafficker during the 1970s. After getting apprehended by authorities, Marks spent seven years in prison. After getting out, he'd go on to write a book, 1996's Mr. Nice, and tour--giving readings and lectures on his experiences as a drug dealer, as well as crusading for the legalization of marijuana.
