Yorkshire County Cricket Club is one of the most powerful clubs in England and Wales. It was founded in 1863 and started representing the county of Yorkshire in the County Championship in 1890. The entire history of this club can be considered an astounding legacy of impressive performances which is built by great players who have truly devoted themselves to the game. It won its first County Championship in 1893 and by 2015, it had won it a total of 32 times. Its list of achievements also includes titles such a the FP Trophy, Benson & Hedges Cup, Second XI Championship and more. Many legendary players such as Fred Trueman, Sir Len Hutton and Herbert Sutcliffe have been a part of this club’s fleet. The Yorkshire County Cricket Club plays its games at the Headingley Cricket Ground.
