Martin Harley is a singer/songwriter and slide guitarist from Cardiff, Wales who creates a unique style of music by blending together traditional folk and blues styles into a unique sonic amalgam. Since releasing his self-titled debut album, Hartley has kept busy by releasing a steady stream of additional LPs, touring with the likes of Donavon Frankenreiter and Ash Grunwald, in addition to breaking the Guiness World Record for "Highest Gig in the World," when in 2005 he played at 21,000 feet in the Himalayan town of Kala Patthar.
