Psychedelic Horseshit is a noise pop outfit from Columbus, Ohio that own a sound it self-describes as shitgaze. The band first captured its lo-fi style on a couple of self-released CDs before signing with Siltbreeze records for its 2007 debut full-length, Magic Flowers Droned. The band would eventually give its early material proper releases on the 2009 studio albums Golden Oldies and Shitgaze Anthems. After finishing out the 2000s with various recorded material including another handful of EPs and a double seven-inch for Columbus Discount Records, Psychedelic Horseshit dropped its fifth full-length record, Laced, in 2011.
