The Grumbleweeds

The Grumbleweeds is a British band known for its brand of music and comedy. Formed in 1962, it first found success on the talent show Opportunity Knocks. Following its stint on the show, the band spent a majority of the late 1960s and the early 1970s releasing several albums, the likes of which included In a Teknikolor Dream, Comedy from Their Radio 2 Series and Let the Good Times Roll. The band performed at venues all across the country to sold-out audiences and went on to make its own radio show titled The Grumbleweeds Radio Show in the 1980s.
