The English opera Dr Dee is based on the life of Elizabeth I's medical advisor John Dee. The opera is a creation of Damon Albarn and Rufus Norris. The band premiered at Manchester's Palace Theater in 2011. With tracks like "Saturn," "A Prayer," "Cathedral" and "The Dancing King," the tragic story has entertained many.
