Based in Wigan, Greater Manchester, Wigan Warriors is the most decorated professional rugby league club that features in the Super League. Founded in 1872, the team plays its home games at the DW Stadium and is affectionately known as “The Colliers”. The club has a very glorious history and have won many accolades including several League Championships, Challenge Cups and World Club Challenges. The most dominant club of the 80s and 90s, the Warriors have many notable supporters including Millie Bobby Brown, Steven Gerrard and Kenny Stills. The club shares a very intense rivalry with the Leeds Rhinos and St. Helens R.F.C. and boasts notable alumni like Jason Robinson, Denis Betts and Kris Radlinski.
