Future is the moniker of Nayvadius Wilburn, a Atlanta-based hip-hop artist who debuted on the rap scene in 2012 with his album Pluto. Realizing his musical passion and lyrical gifts at a young age, Wilburn would be mentored by his uncle, Rico Wade of Dungeon Family, an Atlanta music collective. Being able to spend time in a professional studio and bounce ideas off of other musicians helped polish Wilburn's compositional approach and his ability to project himself as a more than capable rap musician.
