Formed in 2007 Wave Machines is a four-piece alternative/electronic rock band from Liverpool, England. After releasing its debut album Wave If You're Really There, in 2009, the band earned acclaim from both independent and mainstream media sources and began recording several live sessions on BBC 6 Music. Wave Machines released its follow-up record Pollen, in 2011.
