About
Abigail Williams is a black metal band that emerged out of Phoenix, AZ in 2004. After touring extensively straight out of the gates, the band released its debut offering, the Legend EP, in 2006. Despite a brief hiatus in 2007, the group continued on with a refreshed lineup. Along with producer James Murphy, the band recorded its first full-length LP, In the Shadows of a Thousand Suns, and released it in 2008. Abigail Williams continues to release its signature brand of symphonic metal on records like 2015's The Accuser.
