Dave Dobbyn is a New Zealand singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who started his career in the 1970s and 1980s with the groups Th' Dudes and DD Smash before embarking on his own solo endeavors. Since releasing his debut album 1986, Fllotrot Flats: The Dog's Tale, Dobbyn has kept busy by releasing additional albums with regularity.
