Shreveport, Louisiana-based six-piece Dirtfoot creates a brand of music that band members have dubbed "Gypsy Punk Country Grumble Boogie," claiming that they comprise the only band in the world that makes this distinct musical style. Essentially the Southern group's music blends roots rock with bold horns, bluegrass strings and a jam band playing style. This blend, coupled with a highly energetic live show, has earned the band a devoted following throughout the South and Midwest.
