Based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, but incorporating musical elements from cultures around the world, The Ragbirds is a female-fronted quintet. Since forming in 2005, the group has steadily expanded its roots rock-style sound to include influences from Middle Eastern, Celtic, Latin and African music, producing what the band calls "global groove." With an extensive touring schedule that includes performances at multiple jam band festivals, The Ragbirds has grown its fan base across the US.
