Disco Las Palmeras! is an indie rock trio from Galacia, Spain that formed with the conscious decision not to include a bass player in its line up. While the band members' apparent loathing for the bass guitar is unknown, it does give them a special opportunity to experiment with other instruments in order to make up for the lack of such an important aspect of the traditional rock band line up. Therein lies the allure of Disco Las Palmeras!--a band that is consciously experimental while simultaneously creating pristine examples of indie rock that never manages to miss a beat.
