Growing up idolizing the greats of classic rock, the musicians of Power Union decided to stick to the old adage that imitation is the best form of flattery and started a cover band as a result to honor their idols. The Austin, Texas-based four-piece doesn't stick to one band, however, but covers everything from Queen to Van Halen to Steely Dan, consistently adding to its extensive repertoire. While the group primarily plays venues in Texas, it has developed a reputation for its high energy performances throughout its home state.
