Aias

Aias is a lo-fi/noise pop trio from Barcelona, Spain, that is rather unintentionally becoming one of Spain's most promising up and coming independent acts. Adding to the trio's almost mystical allure, Aias is comprised of three young women by the names of Gaia, Laia and Miriam--a grouping that is sure to hark certain listeners' thoughts back to some of the great female figures of Ancient Greek mythology. However, there is nothing ancient or old fashioned about this trio's acclaimed brand of experimental pop; a style that has managed to pull Aias from birthday party band hell to becoming a touring favorite for an ever-growing number of fans throughout Europe.
