Rodney Fisher

Rodney Fisher first established himself in the New Zealand music scene as a member of the popular pop rock band Goodshirt in the early 2000s. This experience paved the way for a more stripped-down solo career that has seen him branch off into more country and folk style territory. Occasionally performing alongside his band of supporting musicians known as The Rest, Fisher's music rests solidly within the confines of modern singer/songwriter styles, and is often built around little more than his effective voice and some simple guitar/ukulele playing. Fisher has enjoyed some success throughout New Zealand and has recently received performance slots at festivals in Europe and the UK.
