Brooklyn duo Ida has been a fixture of independent music in that city since the 1990s, long before it became the principal stomping grounds for today's indie elite. Comprised of four strong songwriters, Ida fuses each member's strengths in the areas of folk, ambient, pop and rock while maintaining the emotional core that truly defines the band. After over a decade of beloved albums and hundreds of tour dates, Ida might just go down in history as one of Brooklyn's most influential independent folk groups to have come out of the borough.
