French, Swiss and American band Moriarity is comprised of mostly French members born to American ex-pats living in France. Despite the group's largely French upbringing, its members find their musical inspiration in blues rock. Other styles the band draws on are traditional Irish music and American country music, but the band seems to find no need to take its primarily American sounds to the US, as the band tours its home country and the rest of Europe to an exhaustive degree.
