French band Orchestre National De Barbes isn't simply French. The 10-member band is composed of individuals from Morocco and Algeria, among other places, and the group's musical influence from these and other African countries is at the forefront of the group's work. That said, the group also incorporates elements of classic rock, a genre many of the group's members have an unabashed love for. These many influences are the reason the group has seen so much success, playing the world's largest international music festivals and gaining wide critical acclaim.
