Fittingly calling San Diego, California home, Dirty Gold is a trio that plays chillwave-inspired beach pop. After forming in 2010, the band began filling its music with surf ballad guitar riffs, subtle nods to Afro-pop and sunny vocals about summertime love and sandcastles. A favorite in its native town, Dirty Gold signed with indie label Autumn Tone and has since begun spreading its charming sunshine-pop throughout the country.
