Forming after the demise of its previous band DESTRUCT-A-THON, Bring the Knife is a four-piece from Massachusetts that draws influence from a multitude of metal subgenres: from the commercial-friendly hard rock of Iron Maiden to viking metal. The result is a dense fusion, covering topics from werewolves to Old World battle to meditation. While the music of Bring the Knife might not be particularly enjoyable to metal purists, the band has developed a group of fans that come to shows with the intention to start mosh pits and head-bang.
