Boston is an American rock band led by guitarist, songwriter, and producer Tom Scholz and consists of Michael Sweet, Tommy DeCarlo, Gary Pihl, Kimberley Dahme and Jeff Neal. Its musical style is varied and the band enjoyed numerous hits released in the 1970s and 1980s. Mixing elements of progressive rock and heavy metal is what gives them notoriety, attracting a huge crowd of hard rock lovers.
