Based out of New York, Atlantic/Pacific is a indie rock duo that creates pensive tunes with mellow melodies and tasteful instrumental accompaniments. With only two musicians to fill out the sound, many of the group's songs have vocals as the main centerpiece of the tunes--thus forcing listeners to focus on the the emotive lyrics that tell stories about lost love and remorseful heartbreak. The group was formed in 2008 and as it continues to write tastefully tranquil tunes, Atlantic/Pacific's notoriety will undoubtedly continue to grow.
