San Francisco-based comedian Mark Pitta has been performing stand-up since the mid-1980s. After a stint on the Los Angeles comedy scene and appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Late Night with Jay Leno and various NBC and Comedy Central series, Pitta began a weekly comedy showcase in Mill Valley, California that has hosted the likes of Robin Williams and Dana Carvey. Pitta's delivery is congenial, and his routine ranges from audience participation-based improvisation, to imitations, and stand-up.
