Eternal Helcaraxe is an Irish black metal band that formed in 2003. The four-piece is comprised of members who combine to create a dark, Gothic version of heavy metal that has won them plenty of fans throughout Ireland and in various other parts of the UK. Propulsive double bass pedal drumming matches Praetorian's guttural screams and the band's combination of thrash and speed metal guitars on songs such as "Strike" and "All the Battles to Come." Eternal Helcaraxe will be most appreciated by metal fans looking for a balance between melody and intensity, with an edge definitely given to the latter.
