Elliott Threatt was in the midst of a tennis scholarship at the University of Missouri when he decided to abandon sports and focus full-time on stand-up comedy. His album, Biscuits Made From Scratch and Other Funny Stuff, was nominated for a Grammy award alongside several notable co-nominees, including Dennis Miller, George Carlin and Robin Williams. Raised in New Jersey, Threatt is a family man who has established himself with a clean but funny brand of observational humor that has made him an in-demand performer at awards shows and corporate events. His comedy ventures have led him to appearances on HBO's Comic Relief and A&E's Comedy on the Road.
