Swedish band Frantic Sunday is one of a growing contingent of Swedish pop bands striving for a share of the United States' precious indie rock market. Channeling the re-purposed vintage pop sound made popular by bands like The Strokes, Frantic Sunday utilizes a stripped down, organic sound to capture the high-energy pop the group's country is known for. It still remains to be seen if the band will make a leap across the pond to the U.S.A., but if they continue to mimic what their influences as well as they do, it's only a matter of time.
