Hungry Kids Of Hungary is an indie pop quartet from Queensland, Australia that, like most indie bands here and now, has its songwriting roots in the cramped bedroom of one of its members, and in this band's case, its lead vocalist Kane Mazlin. The members of Hungry Kids came together after a period of time competing against each other as members of rival bands in high school, using the experience as an opportunity to get to know each other better and share ideas. In the end, the group clicked and shortly thereafter in 2007 Hungry Kids of Hungary was born. Since then, the four guys of the band have experienced major acclaim for their special brand of bouncy indie pop, and has not only toured internationally, but has earned numerous awards for their hit singles as well as very lucrative spots on Australian television.
