About
Formerly the front woman of Los Angeles goth-wave band Bubonic Plague, Geneva Garvin began her solo project under the Geneva Jacuzzi moniker in 2007. Looking and sounding like a time traveler from the 1980s, Garvin creates dark new wave music with a steady snyth pulse, monotone vocals and Pretty in Pink-styled ennui. Also a visual artist, Garvin has contributed album artwork to Ariel Pink, who has returned the favor by starring in Geneva Jacuzzi's Salome themed music video "Bad Moods."
