Todos tus Muertos

Buenos Aires-based band Todos tus Muertos (English translation: All Your Dead) is one of Argentina's and the world's better-known punk and dub reggae-influenced bands to have come out of the 1980s. Taking cues from London's growing preoccupation with Jamaican reggae in the 1980s, the punk community rallied around dub in an unprecedented way. As Todos tus Muertos aged, the band continued to stay open to new international sounds, incorporating hip-hop and other Latin genres popular in their hometown. After disbanding in 2000, the band re-united in 2004 and began recording and touring again, even playing Lollapalooza's 2011 festival in Chile.
