DJ Raff

About

Since 1992, DJ Raff has been one of Chile's most passionate and creative purveyors of hip-hop music and DJ culture. As a young man, he worked with what he had (which at the time was a beat-up turntable and two cassette decks) to create beats, mixes and tape mashups of popular American rap acts such as Public Enemy and NWA. As both his skills and digital technology progressed, DJ Raff began to incorporate keyboards, scratching, electronic beats and sampling into his music production. He is an in-demand collaborator for up-and-coming rap artists throughout Chile and continues to explore new and exciting corners of South American hip-hop.
