Chicago-based singer/songwriter Jeff Tweedy has had a long illustrious career as an alt-country musician by serving as principal songwriter and vocalist for the group Wilco. During lulls in the band's touring and recording schedule, however, Tweedy performs occasional solo shows. These occasions provide audiences with an opportunity to see the respected musician on stage, unfettered by other backing instrumentalists, crooning his indie-folk inspired country songs with heartfelt conviction.
