Eroica Trio

The Eroica Trio is a piano trio from New York that was formed by three graduates of the city's Juilliard School of Music, though one of the original founding members has since been replaced. The trio's name is based on the moniker for Beethoven's third symphony, Eroica, and it has earned the recognition of being the foremost interpreters of Beethoven's celebrated Triple Concerto for violin, cello, piano and orchestra. Hence, in addition to being universally renowned and acclaimed for the Eroica Trio's performances and recordings of standard chamber music, it's the trio's performances with orchestras that have much of the classical music world raving.
