About
Brisbane, Australia band Slug Guts have made quick work of their own country, taking the U.S. blog world by storm in 2010 and signing to revered Brooklyn label Sacred Bones. Post-punk is an obvious inspiration in the Slug Guts sound, although the band's vocals draw on more straight-ahead punk. The band's album Howlin' Gang came out in 2011.
