Starks & Nacey is a club music DJ duo from Washington, D.C. whose passion for partying and party-making led the two young musicians to join forces in an effort to bring party music to a whole new level. So far, the duo's efforts have seen its fair share of return, becoming two of D.C.'s premier disc jockeys as a result of their much sought after D.C. party Nouveau Riche. Starks & Nacey's musical mantra sticks fairly close to a stripped down formula that highlights beats and raw emotion over the glittery pop embellishments of other DJs.
