American Pinup is a pop punk/rockabilly band from White Plains, New York, that has grown to become one of the area's most well-respected DIY punk acts. Although the band is primarily considered by fans and critics as a punk band, the four members of American Pinup each come from different parts of the punk/rock and roll spectrum, of which rockabilly, ska and surf rock stand as some of their primary influences. All of these elements combine with the band members' infectious on-stage energy and personalities in order to create a tightly woven punk-hybrid sound that is starting to see acclaim from new fans throughout the state of New York and beyond.
