Brooklyn-based group The Gregory Brothers is indeed made up of a trio of brothers, including one of their wives. Most notably, The Gregory Brothers created the famous "Auto-Tune the News" series on YouTube, where they take news segments and add Auto-Tune and backing music. The group has also released an album of blue-eyed soul titled, Meet the Gregory Brothers.
