New Orleans band The Preservation Hall Jazz Band is named after the legendary venue of the same name, located in the historic French quarter of New Orleans. The band carries on the rich tradition of New Orleans jazz, playing all around the world and through out the great city of New Orleans. In addition to relentless touring, the band also provides educational programs for young people wanting to learn an instrument alongside the great history of New Orleans jazz.
